Admission Qualification
Candidate should have diploma certificate of at least three years of learning Hindustani or Karnataka music from somewhere to apply for two year Sangeet Shiromani Diploma from Delhi University.
Selection Process
There are total 30 seats in this course. Selection of candidates for admission becomes on the basis of practical test performance. Sangeet Shiromani Diploma also provide chance to get higher education in music to students who have not completed their graduation in the subject. If you have achieved bachelor degree with minimum of 45 percentage marks in any subject and Sangeet Shiromani Diploma with minimum 60 per cent marks than you can go ahead for MA in Music from Delhi University.
