Courses and Admission Qualifications
MA (Hindi): In this course student of BA (honors) in Hindi with 55% marks can get direct admission without entrance test. Candidates having 40% marks can apply for entrance test.
MA (History): Candidates in this course who have done graduation in History can get direct admission without entrance test after achieving 55% marks. Candidates having 40% marks from DU and 50% from other university can apply for entrance test.
MA (Political Science): In this course candidates who have done graduation from Delhi University in History can get direct admission without entrance test after achieving 55% marks. Candidates having 48% marks from DU and 55% from other university can apply for entrance test.
MA (Sanskrit): In this candidates who have got 60% marks in graduation from Delhi University can get direct admission without entrance test. Candidates who have done BA or BA honors in Hindi up to graduation level with 40% marks and passed at least two exams of Sanskrit can apply for the course. With this student of BA (honors) Sanskrit from Delhi or any other recognized University having 40% marks are also eligible to apply for the course. Furthermore, other candidates who have required qualifications can also apply for admission.
M. Com: The selection of candidates in the course remains on the basis of merit list of entrance test. Minimum qualification is divided in four categories:
- 50% marks in B.Com honors from any recognized university.
- 55% marks in B.Com.
- 50% marks in B.A. honors in economics from any recognized university.
- 60% marks in BBS, BBA and BIAF from any recognized university.
