Courses Available
For admission in three-year BE program and 2 year B.Sc. program candidate should have passed 12th with PCM combination is required. Senior fire Supervisor course is of one year period and advance Diploma in Fire and Safety Engineering is of 4 months period in which graduate or diploma holders can take admission.
Physical measurements
Physical efficiency of the candidates for the Course has also been defined. The candidate should be of 165 cm height, weight at least 50 kg and 81 cm of chest width. For Nepal, Garhwal, Kumaon etc. areas candidates the minimum Height should be160 cm.
Age range
For students age limit should be in between of 19-24 year, while the SC and ST candidates have been exempted of five years. Experienced candidates maximum age limit is set of 27 year.
Admission process
Admission process starts in June on the basis of marks obtained. For Enrollment students have to pass All India entrance examination. There are two questionnaires in the entrance examination. The first question paper is more related to English and general knowledge, while in second exam mathematics and science questions remains more. All questions are of objective type and remain of intermediate level. Successful candidates are selected by medical officer after Medical Test.
