Course Pattern
Normally Teachers Training courses are divided into three to four parts as Elementary Teachers Training or JBT, B.Eld, B.Ed. and M.Ed. In B.Ed. or Bachelor of Education you can get entry in this course after graduation degree. There are two processes of admission. One is after clearing phase of entrance test and second is, fulfilling the 45 to 5
0 percentage marks condition in some national level colleges. However, in most institutions admission is given on the basis of entrance exam. In Entrance exam topics of teaching aptitude, language aptitude, knowledge applications and problem based objective type questions are covered. In some institutes and courses descriptive questions are also asked. Teachers already in service can do Distance Education courses.
Course fees
During B.Ed education expenses are comparatively less as compare to other professional courses. In government institutions the whole year fees including other expenses like teaching material etc goes up to 15 thousand to 20 thousand rupees. In private Institutes it can expend up to 40 to 50 thousands.
Scope and Possibilities
After this one year course chances to get a job are likely increase. Thinking of government jobs there are thousands of teacher’s posts in the Delhi office are empty and in other states the situation is almost same. Besides this abroad job opportunities are also available. Within last few years Indian teachers are highly in demand in U.S., Japan, England and Saudi Arabia countries.
